I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, health educator and group exercise instructor.

When I’m not helping folks ditch diet culture through my Intuitive Eating Coaching program, I spend my time chasing my 3-year-old around, visiting local breweries here in the Asheville area where I live, obsessing over the weekly Aldi Finds, and teaching Zumba & Aqua Zumba classes at my local YMCA.
